I know I should do a weekly weight training workout, but lifting weights is hard,and I get enough hard in my running workouts. After reading this article, I think it is time to get back into that once a week routine.

if you did squats & walking lunges even w/ light weight, I imagine you were pretty sore for a few days.
ReplyDeletemay be diff for you, but i need to do the weight routine 2 times a week so that I don't get real sore in the following days...
