Ran 61 miles last week on 5 days. Just can't seem to put together a really good week although I have had several solid 10 day sequences, but not a really good week. Their is still time for that, and I think I'm in a good place as far as my fitness is concerned.
Tonites run went really well. I felt like I was kind of pushing the pace the whole time, but stayed in a place that was comfortable with out heavy breathing or sacrificing a relaxed comfortable stride.
I'm not sure of the pace, but it felt kind of brisk. Time 60 minutes. The loop usually takes ~65 minutes.
