Hard run

Snowed all day/night satruday and morning Sunday, though it was light and not a deep snow. As a result it is still possible to get in the LR for the week. Went 17.5 today, but it took 2he 20 min which included a sweet whipe out on the ice/snow. Note to self, not a good idea to plant and cut at the same time on the ice. The out come was a sore knee and broken sun glasses that I was carrying in my hand. In all best possible outcome.

Running up hill in this shit is ridiculous!
