Ran from my apt to the harvard indoor track. Then I did some stretching and kinda cooled down. Waited til about 30 min before my race and warmed up with some strides and easy jogging.
Then ran a 447 mile. And ran some coolsown laps and ran 28 minutes home.
The first 200 was 35, 400 was in 74 800 was 228, then the rest is a blur, I just remember passing about 5-8 people the last 800. At that point in the race it is all about getting into that dark place and just running.
