Things went well during this workout, which is a first for the past few weeks. Warmed up for 26 minutes then on the track for 10k. I didn't get a final time for the 10k, but it was faster and easier than last weeks 10k.
The splits went like this, 557, 558, 557, 554, 553, 555, 127. Afterwards ran for 22 minutes easy.
Total time running 83 minutes.
