As the 'thon approaches I am getting a bit nervous about my current fitness. So, thought I would go for a longer warmup before the track workout. This resulted in an 86 minute warmup. Then 2 mile repeats 558 and 605 I attempted a 3rd but failed miserably.
Ended the day with 1hr 50 minutes of running. Distance, not real sure.
