Today I ran for 2 hours. I felt good for the most part. I ended up taking off 3 days this week. Not part of the plan but it is what happened. That is 50 miles for the week. I Hope to get in about 40 miles next week before the marathon.

  1. why are you trying to prove something by running 40 the week of your "A" race?

    luv ya, man, but I don't see how that makes ANY sense whatsoever. 20-25 would be much more sensible, but hey, you know what you're doing, so go do what is best for ya!

  2. It may be closer to 30 but I'll just have to see. I feel kinda flat on too low mileage.
