4th

Call it 70 miles for the week. My plan was to get in 80, but I didn't run sunday. instead I decided to go for a mt bike ride. The ride was 3 hrs so I don't feel too bad about not running. I still got in a long aerobic workout, just not running. I felt great all week with mileage. Hope it stays that way.
