Saturday got in an easy 45 minutes then a hot and miserable hour on Sunday. The weather said it was 83 degrees, but felt like 115. We may be approaching the can't run any time of the day due to the heat season.

watched the vid. the last mile was pretty incredible. also, that was dudes debut at the 10k. i think it is safe to say he found his race.

No rpt yet Wilen. Still trying to recall the events because most of it is still a blur. I am actually quite satisfied with the outcome and need to start getting ready to run my 240!
