W5,d3

Well, I've come to terms with the fact that running in burleson sucks. It isn't so bad if you fat set the 1 mile on the highway shoulder but I'm not there yet. So I decided to do the 1 mile neighborhood loop. It is like running around the perimeter of an L. The long part of the L is .4 miles with a 90ft elevation change, so it makes for a good hill routine. Today I did 7 loops around the L which wasn't as bad as I expected. We will see how it goes on Saturday when I go for 22 L's.
