Up and out of bed for the morning run. Went for a run that ended up being 11 miles. Avg pace 720. Felt good and fresh this morning as New England presented another picture perfect day for running. When I woke up at 5am I knew it was going to be a good day when I looked out of the window and saw the blue sky. Blue sky at 5am, still sounds crazy to me.

    I agree, which is why I may never be able to do the Austin Marathon again.
