W5,d4

When I train and I feel good on a particular day I'll go a bit harder or farther that planned for that day. I figure I should listen to my body to get the most out of my training. Today, I planned to go 10-11 miles on the L but I felt so great when 11 came around I decided to get in my long run for the week today. It was a beautiful day with low humidity and cooler that usual temperatures. The people in the neighborhood and the people doing construction think I am a nuts for running laps around the neighborhood for two and a half hours but oh well. It is pretty nice to have the long run out of the way also.
Total miles 20.6 miles, 7:49 pace.
